FA Completion: All work in CC&B must be done with CAPS On FA Portal • Select Field Activity Type • Go to Service point ID to verify last read • Go to SP Consumption • Review last read for address and meter verification • Return to the FA portal using back arrow • Search for the work truck and select • Add in the comments, old read, old meter, old MIU number, also new read, new meter and new MIU number, any pertinent information along with truck number and technician initials

STEPS TAB 1 of 3 steps • Verify Meter number(Badge)

• Read Type (Verified) • Enter Register Read • Select proper MR Source (Meter-Changed Out Meters) • Note the time

2 of 3 steps • Enter old meter number (Badge)

• Enter date and time. Time should reflect at least a minute later than the first step • Enter stock location STCK or click search and on stock location line click the binocular and the field will self-populate

• Click Add Meter Read • Read Type (Verified) • Enter Register Read • Select proper MR Source (Meter-Changed Out Meters) • Note the time
