He participated as a consultant in the State’s recent reorganization of the PlanCon process and is highly regarded by the Department of Education. He will assist in this capacity should any of the projects be eligible for reimbursement. James (Jim) Hanna, CPE, CCCA, CCS Cost Estimator Jim is a Certified Professional Estimator and former President of the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the American Society of Professional Estimators. Jim will examine the costs with Jamie for the projects and provide recommendations. His track record for hitting budget targets on projects, even those with Responsible Contractor Policies, is second to none.
