ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS OF GEORGIA PROPOSES TO FURNISH AND INSTALL THE FOLLOWING SCOPE OF WORK:

Budget Proposal – Based on Conceptual Plan

To provide and install a “Design/Build” Structural Stabilization Program for the purpose reducing and minimizing the continued Settlement and Lateral Movement conditions occurring at Wall 4 and the 7 adjacent units (78-84). The focus area of this work will be along and adjacent to Wall4 from STA 1+80.0 to STA 5+60.0.

This project will require the combination of Foundation Micropiles, High Capacity Tieback Anchors and Pressure Grouting for Subgrade Stabilization.

This Budget proposal includes permitting. The project duration is approximately 1 Calendar Year (365 Days) from mobilization.

INSTALL APPROX. 200 DRILLED AND CASED MICROPILE FOUNDATIONS: 1. Provide Design of Micropile Foundations for the structural stabilization of buildings 78-84 Sealed by VA licensed P.E.. 2. Have utilities marked by locating service. Locating service marks from street to meter. If any private utilities are suspected in the work area, a private locating service must be contracted by owner. ESOG may provide recommendation upon request. 3. Excavate area to expose existing concrete footing. 4. Prep footing and attach galvanized foundation brackets for each pier under center load of footing. 5. Drive/Drill foundation piles up to 72’ through poor soil to load bearing strata (Bid Depth is 72’, Additional depths, if required will be billed at $75.00 per vertical foot beyond 72’ if piles advance past 72’). 6. Transfer load to piers to stabilize foundation against any further settlement. 7. Use piles and jacking system to raise structures as close as possible to level elevations 8. Secure piers and backfill holes. INSTALL APPROX. 125 DRILLED AND GROUTED TIEBACK ANCHORS FRPM NEAR STA 1+80.0 TO APPROX. STA 5+60

1. Provide Design of Micropile Foundations for the structural stabilization of buildings 78-84 Sealed by VA licensed P.E.. 2. Set Horizontal Casings through stone wall facing at each anchor location 3. Drill threaded 52mm TITAN bar anchors through each hole to the specified depth per engineering (Bid Depth is +/- 100’ per anchor) 4. Pressure inject neat cement grout through the center of the threaded titan bar to lock anchor in place 5. Place retaining plate and nut to each anchor and tension to tie back wall. 6. Cut end of each anchor and paint to match
