At thePoint, you can learn about the latest time-saving solutions, as well as build a convenient library of resources to use to support your teaching. • thePoint is designed to save you time. Use ready- made PowerPoint presentations, guided lecture notes, image banks, assignments, discussion topics & more! • thePoint also contains a wealth of valuable resources to help your students get ahead. How do I access instructor resources on thePoint? • Step 1 : Your LWW Representative will send you a 12 digit instructor resource code via email when you have adopted a textbook or online solution. • Step 2: Visit thepoint.lww.com & click ‘New User’. • Step 3: You will then be prompted to enter your instructor code followed by some user details. • Step 4: Begin using your resources! You will find a list of your adopted books by accessing the ‘My Content’ tab. How do students access online resources? Students register in the same way as instructors & can find their student resource code in the inside cover of their textbook. Do I need a new account for each book? You don’t need to create separate accounts for each new book you adopt. To add new resources to your existing account simply go to the ‘Add a New Title’ button on the top lefthand corner of the homepage.

Can I add resources from thePoint to my Learning Management System? Tailored solutions are available. We recognise every educator & institution may have different needs & many of our resources come with accessible files ready to add to your learning management system. The period of access varies depending on the product & can last anywhere between a few months to a few years. This is normally based on the length of the adoption. Multiple staff logins are also available.
