After completing Orange 1, participants will continue to develop consistency and maintain the fundamental movements. Join the Freshwater Fisheries Society of BC for one two hour session and learn the basics of freshwater fishing. This alignment-oriented class will emphasizes posture and breath while entering, holding, and leaving the posture.
