Burlesque (Tamed and Classy) Age: 16Y and up

Dancers, don’t be frightened by this style of dance. Burlesque is a means of personal empowerment. Step out of your comfort zone a little and embracing learning movements that have style and classy sex appeal, which you can apply to any other forms of dance. Each class will include a 10 minute warm-up and stretch, 45 minutes of choreography, and a 5 minute cool down. Location: The ACT

Salsa Level 1 Age: 16Y and up

This in-depth Salsa program will start with the basic steps and progress to more advanced styles and patterns. Styling technique for Latin hip movement (Cuban motion) and proper lead and follow techniques will be covered. Singles welcome. Location: The ACT
