Mosaic combinations of various kinds of facades, along with the fact that many premises inside the building are turned into separate interlocking volumes sticking out of the facade, which make the composition rather supreme, on the one hand, and on the other hand they create an impression of that math-based digital architecture. The same ef- fect is maintained by how the inner space is decorated. The interior of the ground floor is divided into two parts, a lobby for visitors, which gives access to offices, and a lobby that is reserved for police personnel, each of the entrances be- ing monitored by a guard watching them from a place between the both spaces. The ground floor of the common space for police person- nel communicates with recreation rooms and a gym, which take up a volume not being at- tached to the hall, but placed inside it, which brings in a flow of extra light. Almost all rooms for police personnel are equipped with separate entrances, which ensure that these spaces are independent. Интерьер первого этажа разделен на две части – лобби для посе- тителей, откуда осуществляется доступ к кабинетам, и лобби для пред- ставителей закона, каждая из которых свободно контролируется над- зирателем, чей наблюдательный пункт располагается в помещении между тем и другим пространством. На первом же этаже из общего помещения для полицейских можно попасть в комнаты отдыха и спор- тзал, которые сформированы в объем, не примыкающий к холлу, но находящийся внутри него, обеспечивая приток дополнительного осве- щения. Почти во все помещения, относящиеся непосредственно к ра- ботающим здесь людям, есть отдельные входы, гарантирующие неза- висимость этих пространств.
