This two-day course significantly advances the leadership effectiveness conversation that began in the Leading Others Pt. 1 - The 6 Essential Practices course. It will focus on understanding and fulfilling what research suggests are the four essential roles leaders live to create an environment that unleashes team member potential and achieves sustainable business excellence.
