THE LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE COURSE

OVERVIEW

This 1 1/2 day course incorporates a 360 Degree Leadership Survey to assist participants in identifying their leadership strengths, as well as opportunities for growth. Participants leave the course with a detailed short and long-term action plan for increasing their leadership effectiveness.

This course is best suited for those who are currently leading others. It is extremely valuable for team level leaders, from superintendent to executive leadership.

PRE-REQUISITES

Participants must currently lead at the team level (multiple employees).
