This one-day course provides attendees the ability to read AND analyze core financial statements, with emphasis on the income statement and WIP. Participants will work with actual statements to go beyond the ability to READ them - they will learn what to look for, what questions to ask, and how to use the statements to help them be more effective leaders of their department or branch.
