Business Analysis Course

A combination of eLearning and a one-day hands-on experience. This course is designed to provide practical tools you can apply immediately to: • Begin with the end in mind • Create useful, tangible, work products that minimize rework • Sort through chaos by stating issues more clearly • Facilitate collaborative decision making Mixing some theory to help students apply the skills, the specific techniques learners will walk away with are: a repeatable process for problem solving, creating a vision, basics of business process modeling, and how to have an effective meeting. Target Audience: This course is both appropriate and recommended for leaders at every level who want to help teams get to team-based decisions more quickly, minimize rework, and move faster. Pre-Requisites: A series of eLearning modules (approx. 2 hours) must be completed prior to the in-person experience. These modules will be made available 2 weeks prior to the in-person experience date.
