Fellowing his consecration as the first Bishop of the Diocese C'f San Diego on Monday, the l\Iost Rev. Charles Francis Budth. D.D.. will come to San Diego and St. Joseph's parish ~\iil become the Cathedral parish. St. Joseph's, above, was built by the first pastor of the parish, Father Anton Ubach in 1894, and today re- mains the largest church in the diocese.
