In the colorful picture above, Bishop Charles Francis Buddy is shown seated in the center ,~;th a white cape around his shoulders. To the right may be seen the profile of Bishop C. H. Le Blond, Bishop of St. Joseph, who performed the Consecration Ceremony, and who will come to San Diego with Bishop Buddy for his installation here.
