LUNCHEONS AND REFRESHMENTS The registration fee for the conference includes lunches and coffee breaks served at the exhibition area.

ACCOMMODATION Hotel bookings can be done online through the 7th ICHNO webpage. The official housing agent for the conference will be Kuoni Congress: ichno2019@ ch.kuoni.com.

WELCOME NETWORKING All participants and company delegates are invited to the Welcome Networking on Thursday March 14 at 17.45 taking place in the exhibition area.

CURRENCY The currency in Spain is the EURO.

OFFICIAL LANGUAGE The official language of the meeting is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided. POSTERS The poster area will be in the conference centre. Posters may be viewed at any time during the conference hours. EXHIBITION An exhibition featuring equipment and pharmaceutical companies as well as medical publishers will be held in the exhibition area. The exhibition will open on Thursday March 14. Entrance is free for all registered participants.

TRAVEL INFORMATION How to reach Barcelona from the airport:

TAXI El Prat International Airport is

approximately nine miles (14 kilometres) south- west of the centre of Barcelona and taxis are available at the airport 24 hours a day. It takes roughly between twenty and forty minutes into the centre of town and the fare is about €30-45; tariffs can vary according to the time of day and supplements (e.g. luggage). The fares should be displayed in the taxi and the amount payable should be indicated on the meter.
