Now that you’ve considered all your options, it’s time to narrow it down to your top programs. Use this chart to keep track of your interactions with the various programs. The application process typically has a several different stages spread out over a few months, so this chart will also help you ensure you don’t miss any deadlines. Also, since each application process is different, we recommend applying to two, maybe three programs. If at some point during the application process, you decide that a program isn’t quite right for you – be sure to share that with the program staff person you’ve been in touch with.
