POLAR LATITUDES

JENNY VELASCO

Dedicated to Detail and Artistry As travel enthusiasts ourselves, we know that no one approach or one trip suits everyone. So we start out by getting to know you to find out what kind of trip fits your (and our) style. We delve into the information we’ve procured during reconnaissance expeditions and regularly head out anew. Close questioning of our associates in-country. Careful looks at transportation, accommodations, food, and safety. Does the trip have a coherent historical, cultural, or scenic theme? What are the best insider experiences? Right down to the smallest details: Does that vehicle offer good sight lines? Are the bathrooms on that river cruiser private? What’s our backup if the flight is fogged in? We constantly dust off our classic trips, adding new discoveries, finding new delights. We design our trips with artistic flair: an ending with a flourish, a nifty little digression every once in a while. Some downtime. A special dinner at just the right moment. An overarching motif brought to life by local experts, artists, and hosts. Success is in the details, in the choreography, and in the grand design.

EDWIN D’HAENS

It has always been a joy to deal with GeoEx on every level, but most of all your personal and prompt communications by all the GeoEx staff. You make it feel more like an exchange between friends rather than a client-business relationship. This is a big point of difference between GeoEx and other travel companies!
