Mr. Neligan served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. Croker Barrington, Dublin, was admitted in Michaelmas Sittings, 1897, and practised at 10 Ely Place, Dublin, up to 1906, when he went to Cork. He was Deputy County Court Registrar for Cork City, and Official Assignee in Bankruptcy in Cork. for apprentices held on the 6th June, the follow ing passed the examination. Passed with merit : 1.
