EXAMINATIONS. October, 19S9. An Intermediate Examination will be held upon Monday, the 2nd day of October. Notice of intention to attend the examination should be lodged in the Secretary's Office before the 11th September. A Final Examination will be held upon Tuesday and Wednesday, the 3rd and 4th days of October. Notice of intention to attend the examination should be lodged in the Secretary's Office before the 12th Sep tember. A "First Examination" in Irish will be held on Friday, the 6th day of October. Notice of intention to attend the examination should be lodged in the Secre tary's Office before the 15th September. A " Second Examination " in Irish will be held on Friday and Saturday the 6th and 7th days of October. Notice of intention to attend the examination should be lodged in the Secretary's Office before the 15th September. A Preliminary Examination will be held upon Monday and Tuesday, the 9th and 10th days of October. Notice of intention to attend the examination should be lodged in the Secretary's Office before the 18th September. MICHAELMAS SITTINGS LECTURES, 1939. Junior Lectures will begin upon Wed nesday, llth October, 1939, at 2.15 p.m. in the Solicitors' Buildings, Four Courts, Notice of intention to attend and fee of three guineas should be lodged in the Secre tary's Office, before the 25th day of September. Senior Lectures will begin upon Friday, the 13th October, 1939, at 2.15 p.m. in the Solicitor's Buildings, Four Courts. OBITUARY (eontd.) Mr. Morgan was admitted in Trinity Sittings, 1884, and practised at Thurles, Co. Tipperary, up to 1930, when he retired. MR. ROBERT B. CRYMBLE, Solicitor, died on the 22nd July, 1939, at Belfast. Mr. Crymble served his apprenticeship with his brother, the late Mr. Samuel G. Crymble, Belfast, and was admitted in Trinity Sittings, 1903, and practised at Mayfair, Arthur Square, Belfast. A from Mr. Justice Hanna intimating to the Council that he has arranged that any document for Probate purposes that is marked " Urgent," when sent to the Scrivenery Office of the Courts of Justice will have priority.
