Mr. Abraham was admitted in Easter Sittings, 1879, and practised- at Aughnacloy till 1898, when he retired. MR. ALEXANDER F. PORTER, Solicitor, died on the 17th September, 1936, at his residence, 32 Elmwood Avenue, Belfast. Mr. Porter was admitted in Hilary Sittings, 1887, and practised at 12 Talbot Street, Belfast. __ 'fro^n; MAJOR SIR CHARLES F. FALLS, Solicitor, died on the 21st September, 1936, at Blackheath, London. MICHAEL jTO'FARRELL, Solicitor, died on the 28th September, 1936, at his residence, " Ontario," Clontarf, Dublin. Mr. O'Farrell was ' admitted in Trinity Sittings, 1892, and practised at 29 Lower O'Connell Street, Dublin, till 1932, when he retired. __ MR. HERBERT McWiLLiAM, Solicitor, died on the 30th September, 1936, at Belfast. Mr. McWilliam served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. James Henry, Dublin; was admitted in Trinity Sittings, 1905, and practised as a member of the firm of Parke and McWilliam, at Ballybay and Monaghan. MR. JAMES A. RUSSELL, Solicitor, died on the 6th October, 1936, at Ballinasloe. Mr. Russell served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. Maurice McCartie, Killarney ; was admitted in Hilary Sittings, 1923, and practised at Ballinasloe.

Mr. Moloney served his apprenticeship with his father, the late Mr.'John Moloney, Midleton ; was admitted in Trinity Sittings, 1919, and practised as Solicitor to the Provincial Bank of Ireland, Ltd., at 5 College Street, Dublin. __ MR. JOHN ELLIOTT, Solicitor, died on the 17th October, 1936, at Castlerock, County Londonderry. Mr. Elliott was admitted in Michaelmas Sittings, 1887, and practised, as a member of the firm of Elliott and Clark, at Strabane. MR. THOMAS E. NELSON, Solicitor, died on the 17th October, 1936, at his residence, Strand Road, Londondeny. Mr. Nelson was admitted in Hilary Sittings, 1884, and practised at Strabane. MR. HARRY E. RITCHIE, Solicitor, died on the 18th October, 1936, at his residence, Sunnybank, Enniskillen. Mr. Ritchie served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. Charles E. R. A. Irvine, Ennis– killen ; was admitted in Trinity Sittings, 1906, and practised at Enniskillen. MR. NATHANIEL TUGHAN, Solicitor, died on the 29th October, 1936, at 2 Harberton Drive, Belfast. Mr. Tughan served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. James S. Mahon, Belfast; was admitted in Trinity Sittings, 1896, and practised at 53 Waring Street, Belfast. MR. JAMES WOOD, Solicitor, died on the 31st October, 1936, at his residence, Marino House, Marino, County Down. Mr. Wood served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. John R. Moorhead, Belfast; was admitted in Michaelmas Sittings, 1893, and practised as a member of the firm of Moorhead and Wood, at 30 Rosemary Street, Belfast.
