Academic Vocabulary- Agree/Disagree : Encourage students to say “I agree…” or “I disagree…” when discussing a comparison or measurement made by a classmate and to explain their thinking. Measure the Room: Students pick objects in the room to measure using a non-standard measurement tool. Draw the object and write the measurement. Be sure to remind students to label their measurements.
