Parent-Teacher Conference Supports The purpose of a parent-teacher conference is to: • Form a connection between the home and the school to support student growth.

• Provide data on current student achievement. • Discuss observations on learning skills (behavior).

• Provide families with an opportunity for questions and feedback. • Set and review goal(s) on/from the Student Growth Plan (SGP)
