Lime Tree Journal - December 2016

From the Manager s Desk

Dear Residents,

I understand the Melbourne Cup Day was outstanding. Congratulations to the Resident Committee. The Best Dressed Man was Leigh Harvey and Best Dressed Woman was Gayle Bull. Lucky door prize went to Marie McCarthy, 30 people attended. 17 Sweeps were sold and a good time was had by all. There is a flyer in the Journal advertising the Annual Carols on the Green If you would like to be part of the evening, please let them know so that we can arrange shelter from the sun and seating one week prior to the evening.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Joseph Chetcuti. We will miss Joe’s smiling face around the Village. May he rest in peace.

The Office will be closed over the Christmas period i.e. Closed 26 th to 30 th December 2016. Office will be manned by Denise, in case of an emergency ONLY she can be contacted out of office hours by ringing the office number which has been diverted, or her private mobile which is always displayed on the Office Door. Charlotte has her first Ballet Concert Rehearsal. On behalf of David and Sue we wish all residents a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy 2017. Remember to get those Christmas decorations up and light up your home. Best home wins a prize!

Until Next Year. John and Vicky
