Good of the order Dale said he is proud of to say the club is talking about being eco friendly as well as putting up a new sign.

The first mates will providing new playground equipment and Tom Altobelli would like input from the board and first mates on where to put it. Ron Draper recommended that we consider maintaining the traditional ambiance of the Clubhouse/Bar and Docks as we continue lightbulb replacement with LEDs. To date many of the replacements are inappropriate in their color temperature simulating Daylight at 5600 Kelvin and the lights are so bright and white that the ones on the dock pose a safety hazard because they take away a walker’s night vision and the upstairs bedrooms are uncomfortably bright for a bedroom application. A more appropriate color temperature for these applications is 3000-3200 Kelvin and these color LEDs are much easier to find today than a couple years ago. John Sweier mentioned his replacements will have adjustable color temperature and will meet our needs.
