View Your Room Assignment and Plans

Step 1 • Go to: www.uwstout.edu/housing-gateway • Use your UW-Stout username and password to log into the site.* Step 2 • Select My Room and Plan Assignments to see: • Room Assignments • Building, Bed Space (your room number), type of room, and your address • Roommate(s) • Baseline Dining Plan and Baseline Plus funds • Locked Room Password- • You will use this password to gain access to your spare keys if you lock yourself out of your room.

Note: In some fields, you may see items listed more than once with different move in/out or start/end dates. This indicates that you have room and plan assignments for the Winterm and Spring Semester.

Your roommate’s contact info is listed under My Room and Plan Assignments on the Housing Gateway. Connect with your roommate to coordinate what you will need to bring for your room. Note: Roommate assignments can change. Please check the Housing Gateway periodically to review the status of your roommate assignment.
