Malai Kitchen, led by husband-and-wife team Braden and Yasmin Wages, showcases a different side of Southeast Asian cuisine. The concept was inspired by their extensive travels through Thailand and Vietnam where they expanded their knowledge of the regional ingredients, flavors, techniques, trends, and customs and developed a menu that revolves around the fresh and vibrant flavors of Southeast Asian cuisine.
