A mixed franking cover from Hankow to Swakopmund, South West Africa (nowadays, the city is in Namibia) via, Calomba & Capetown, bearing ICP Coiling Dragon 1/2c, 1c, 2c, 4c, 20c, 30c, 50, $1 and CIP Coiling Dragon 1c, 2c, 5c, 10c. Tied by ‘HANKOW’ cds, hand stamped large ‘R’ letter and ‘R’ in black circle reg. chop, ‘LIGNE.N.PAQ.FR.No.1’ French ship cancel, on reverse with Hong Kong QV 10c purple on red paper strip of 5, tied by small single ring ‘SHANGHAI’ Br.P.O cds. with a lot of postmarks, including ‘HONG KONG/26.8.98’, ‘TUTIOOBIN/9.9.98’, ‘ADEN/23.9.98’, ‘N.E.T.P.O/UP/18.10.98’, ‘SWAKOPMUND/15.11.98’ arrival cds.
