The patient called in to pay her balance and before disconnecting she stated she wanted to say something about the 2 gentlemen that helped her on this day. She had their last names and numbers which are below and stated they were just so good to her. She stated she is 89 years old, had fallen, was really hurt and they were so good and she would really like to commend them for their service. I explained I would pass the information on and thanked her.

The patient on this account asked that I give some information on his transport. He stated he did not know what to expect as he thought we’re a big city and thought we’d take forever to get to him but the paramedics were there so fast and he was really shocked. He stated the team was exceptional, fabulous and appreciates all they did. He stated he is from Chicago, thought our cost was cheap and knows we probably hear all the ‘bad stuff’ but feels like the superior of this team needs to be notified. He stated the captain was unbelievable knowledgeable and they worked well as a team and everyone knew what they had to do. He stated he really appreciates everything and would like to let them know. I explained I will pass the information on.
