3.5.6.4 These are composed of:

The cost of the rental risk, which is included in property expenses is -€0.4 million", for the period ended December 31, 2017, whereas it was not significant in 2016. Recharges to tenants consist of rental income from recharging for costs payable by them. For the year 2017, it includes the honoraria for rental and technical management eventually invoiced, i.e. €4.8 million (compared with €4.0 million at December 31, 2016).
