LEADERS IN MOTION In El Eucalipto a group of women promotes the improvement of health care for 2000 inhabitants of the area. The UPM Foundation signed an agreement with the Primary Care Network Office of Paysandú and the Polyclinic Support Committee to provide this centre with the necessary equipment. Now the group continues to work with a view to providing a space designed exclusively for the polyclinic, construction of which is planned for 2014.
