12. FAILING TO FULFIL FIXTURE . Any Club refusing to play, failing to play, scratching from playing, or failing to complete the match against the Club with whom it has been drawn within the time stated, shall be struck from the competition, and fined a minimum £50 for the Senior Cup and Challenge Cup, and a minimum of £30 for the Junior Cup, Minor Cup, Sunday Morning Senior Cup, Sunday Morning Junior Cup, Sunday PM Cup, Youth Cup, Junior Alliance Cup and Women’s Cup. Where a club is removed from the competition the opposing team shall be awarded a walkover with a score of 0-0.

13. RESULT OF THE MATCH . 13(a) TEAM/RESULT SHEETS.

Teams shall 15 minutes prior to kick off time produce to the Referee a complete team sheet of up to 16 players in BLOCK LETTERS who will be representing the club in the fixture to follow. The Referee is then to pass these lists on to the opposing Club before the kick off and to report to the General Secretary of the Association any club who fails to supply such a list.

13(b) NOTIFICATION OF MATCH DAY RESULT. All Clubs must submit the result of the game in accordance to their respective League rules. Failure to do so shall be subject to a fine of £30

13 (c) Teams must complete and submit their team sheets as per their own League Rules. Rule 13a also applies. Clubs failing to comply with this rule shall be subject to a minimum fine of £10. Incorrect/Incomplete or falsified result sheets will be referred to the Cup committee and will be subject to a minimum fine of £10. 14. MATCH EXPENSES . In all rounds with the exception of the final all clubs competing in the Sunday Morning Senior and Sunday Morning Junior Cup and Sunday PM Cup only shall share Referee and Ground Expenses. Clubs with private grounds shall only be allowed to charge the Regional Local Authority current ground hire prices. In other Cup Competitions the HOME TEAM will be responsible for Ground and Referee expenses. 15 VIOLATION OF THE RULES 15(a) PROTESTS . All questions relating to the qualifications of the competing clubs or interpretation of the Rules, or any dispute, or protest whatever, shall be referred to The Association Council at the time the violation takes place, or at such time as the violation of the Rules subsequently discovered. But such protest must be lodged in duplicate by the protesting club with the secretary of the Association within 5 days of the date of the match, accompanied by a deposit of £25 which may be forfeited at the option of the Council should they consider the protest to be trivial or groundless. 15(b) APPEALS All appeals to be clearly stated and made out in duplicate and shall be accompanied by a Deposit of £25 which shall be forfeited if the appeal be considered frivolous. Such appeal to be made within FOURTEEN DAYS of the posting of the notification of the decision of the Association Council to The CEO of the Northamptonshire Football Association, in writing, in duplicate, and must fully explain the grounds of the appeal, quoting the Rule concerned and be accompanied by the relevant correspondence. An appeal fee is liable to be forfeited if the appeal is not sustained. 15(c) POWERS OF THE COMMITTEE . If the association should subsequently discover that any rule or spirit of the rules has, in their opinion, been violated by mutual agreements or otherwise, it shall be in the power of association to disqualify one or both Clubs from further competing in the ties, or order the match or matches to be replayed and to impose such other penalty as it may think fit without any protest having been laid by either or any Club. The association reserves the right to re-instate any club to a competition. All questions of eligibility, disqualification of players, interpretation of the competition Rule or failure to comply with the Laws of the game, as well as other matters in dispute, shall be referred to the Secretary of the association and thereafter the Council, whose decision shall be final.
