Bodegas Masia Can Mayol make an extensive range of organic and biodynamic sparkling wines, classified under the Penedes DO than the less stringent Cava regulations . The Xarel-lo grapes come from 70 year old vineyards. The bottles are aged in caves that were used as shelters by the civilian population during the Spanish Civil War. Rounded with a little dosage; balanced fruit and acidity through to the finish
