Mowing Schedule If you remember, lastmonth I was going on about the record heat and precipitation inDecember and was looking for a change. Well, it looks like I got my wish. It was 52 degrees this morning and currently we have sunshine and 70 outside, great golf weather! January and February are my favorite months in Florida because the plants grow slower and we can tackle other projects that we do not have time to do in the summer. The cooler weather also slows the growth rate of the turf areas so we can increase the interval between cuts, giving the turf a longer period of time to recover the mower traffic. We will normally cut every other week during the winter months. That being said, if you have an upcoming event or family gathering at your home and you need the grass cut on an off week please let us know in advance and we will be happy to schedule it for you. Depending on the weather we will resume weekly mowings on or about the end of February. Enjoy the rest of the Season!
