(1) Consists of the 1998 Plan, which was approved by shareholders at the 2012 annual meeting held on May 17, 2012, and was ratified at our annual meeting in 2014. (2) The 1998 Plan provides for the grant of incentive stock options, nonqualified stock options, SARs, restricted stock and performance units, including LTIP units. The Committee has not made any stock option awards to executives since 2001 and has never made any awards of SARs.
