Ultra High Pressure Couplings

CEJN’s original design has now become an industry standard across the world. All high-pressure hydraulic couplings and nipples from CEJN are designed to prevent fluid spillage and air inclusion. Additionally, they come with dust caps to protect hydraulic systems from contaminants. Safety lock secures the connection* A secure connection is essential; a quick, smooth locking ring can provide just that. Some users may find that screw locks are time consuming and occasionally forget to screw them back, leading to accidental disconnection. With ultra-high-pressure quick couplings fitted with a safety lock, you can eliminate the risk of unintentional disconnection. By just giving the bayonet lock a quick twist, you can securely fasten your hydraulic coupling and have peace of mind knowing it is adequately secured. Alert Ring for Safe Connection* CEJN’s ultra-high-pressure quick connect couplings are designed with safety in mind. The front part of the coupling features an ‘Alert Ring’, which serves as an indicator of the connection’s completeness. If the ring is still red, the connection is incomplete, and pressurising the system may cause sudden nipple ejection. Before pressuring the system, ensure the connection is complete by checking the alert ring to avoid potential mishaps. * On Series 115, 116, 125
