Fluid Couplings

CEJN’s non-drip couplings are engineered explicitly for low pressure fluid and vacuum applications while meeting high-performance and safety standards. The product line is versatile and compatible with various fluid types, including beverages, salt water, and oil. It is an ideal solution for connecting different types of fluid lines.

The couplings were designed with two essential features:

Modular construction All nipples and coupling components have standardised dimensions, allowing for easy interchangeability and combining various configurations. Non-drip construction Fluid spillage during fluid conveying can cause personal injury or property damage. However, with non-drip construction, there is virtually zero spillage, eliminating pollution and air inclusion while connecting and disconnecting. CEJN full-flow couplings feature an economical valveless design that allows unrestricted high flow and accommodates high viscosity fluids. The straightforward design of these couplings reduces pressure drop. Engineered with the high quality that customers expect with couplings bearing the CEJN name, the new quick connect couplings offer long service life in low pressure applications, such as fluid transfer, mould coolant / heating, chemical processing, and vacuum service. One hand connection is achieved by pulling back the locking sleeve and pushing in the nipple. Couplings are easy to clean, and the O-ring is easily accessible and replaceable. The new couplings are available in three finishes: high gloss, nickel plated brass, and electro-polished AISI 316 stainless steel. The inflow diameters include 25 mm (1”), 38 mm (1 1⁄2”), and 51 mm (2”).
