AtlantiCare LifeCenter Physical activity has many short-term and long-term health benefits ranging from reducing anxiety and improving sleep to helping prevent cancer and maintaining a healthy weight. To reap these health benefits, it’s recommended that we engage in 150 minutes of physical activity a week. The AtlantiCare LifeCenter is a great resource available to you to support your fitness efforts. Both locations in Egg Harbor Township and Atlantic City offer a great combination of equipment options and amenities such as: • A wide variety of classes, including yoga, spin and aqua aerobics • State of the art cardio and weight training equipment • Indoor track (EHT) • Two indoor pools (EHT) • Daily HIIT (interval training) classes for beginners and advanced levels

At our EHT location, free childcare is available along with therapeutic massage therapy. Massage therapy services include Swedish, deep tissue, sports, aromatherapy and more, and are available to non-members and members at unbelievable prices. Employee membership rate is $37.25/month, which includes a pre- and post-fitness evaluation, along with two personal training sessions by a degreed & nationally certified trainer, to ensure you’re meeting your fitness goals. As a special bonus for Geisinger Health Plan members, receive up to $200 back annually on your membership when you exercise at least 10 times a month at the LifeCenter.
