 Hot buttons – make sure the presenters get whatever they need; quality audio, experienced technician, getting a good price

 Inquired about Preferences , Hot Buttons, Must Haves

 Challenges – audio has been iffy in the past, as well as poor lighting (interferes with presenters sight on the stage)

 Must haves – visible technician dedicated to the meeting. Is it possible to have someone available for breakouts?? It is ok to ask questions to obtain clarification.  Looking at several cities, so collecting information from everyone.  Be vague on competitors within the same city. Hotels know each other and sometimes work together.
