ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS OF GEORGIA PROPOSES TO FURNISH AND INSTALL THE FOLLOWING SCOPE OF WORK:

To perform a structural repair program for the purpose of Stabilizing the Lateral Movement condition occurring on 95 lineal feet of Cast in Place Retaining Wall located at the rear of the Restaurant.

INSTALL 18 DRILLED AND GROUTED ANCHORS 1. Provide engineered final design of wall repair 2. Obtain repair permit

3. Using a mini excavator and drill, drill 3” holes through retaining wall or core drill if necessary 4. Drill threaded 30\11 titan bar anchor through each hole to the specified depth per engineering 5. Pressure inject neat cement grout through the center of the threaded titan bar to lock anchor in place 6. Place retaining plate and nut to each anchor and tension to tie back wall. 7. Cut end of each anchor and paint to match
