Wuppermann Group manufactures premium tubes that are characterised by high dimensional accuracy and close tolerances. Depending on shape and wall thickness, the pickled steel tubes feature external and internal tolerances of up to 0.05mm. The company employs a specially developed machine-tool concept to produce the precision tubes without any additional production step. All Wuppermann premium tubes provide the same accuracy, regardless of the specific type. The external and internal tolerances of rectangular tubes up to a size of 100 x 50mm and square tubes up to a size of 75 x 75mm are within ±0.1mm, and wall thickness tolerances are within ±0.02mm. Round tubes up to a diameter of 95mm and a wall thickness of 3mm can be machined even more precisely, and have external and internal tolerances to within ±0.05mm. Wuppermann Metalltechnik also specialises in tube processing. A wide variety of customer requirements can be satisfied using CNC-controlled automated tube-bending and tube- sawing machines, as well as tube laser cutting and punching systems. The plant has a state-of-the-art sheet metal processing unit that can handle all processing and machining capabilities for sheet metal blanks, bent, edge shaped components, as well as complex tube, sheet metal and mechanical components.

At its plant in Malomice, Poland, Wuppermann manufactures black steel tubes to all common DIN and EN tube standards, such as EN 10219 and EN 10305. The quality of the welding line is continuously checked using in-line eddy current testing. Tubes and tube components made of structural steel can be manufactured in both standard and custom-tailored sizes according to customer requirements. The Malomice plant has two tube production lines that manufacture black and galvanised tubes. A steel strip system supplies material to the plant’s tube production lines, and customer orders are also processed in the slit strip area. Additionally, tubes can be processed using various techniques, such as CNC tube bending, laser cutting, system punching (perforations and notches), and saw fixed lengths of between 300 and 3,000mm.

In 2011 Wuppermann added black steel tubes to its product portfolio, for use

in applications such as the manufacture of scaffolding, truck and car trailers, as well as in lightweight steel structures and the traffic control sector.

Stainless steel products Lee&Yu is a supplier of stainless steel products in China. The company offers pipe and tube, both seamless and welded, manufactured as per US (ASTM, AISI, etc) and European (DIN, NFA, PED) standards; ball valves, check valves, needle valve, gate valve and globe valves; fittings and flanges (elbows, tees, reducers); and fasteners such as bolts, screws, nuts and washers, both standard and non-standard.
