ANNUAL REPORT Royal River Riders Snowmobile Club PO BOX 21 - New Gloucester, ME 04260

To Whom it may concern:

Per your request I am submitting the allocation of funds to the Royal River Riders for the fiscal year July 2019 to June 2021. The funds that the Royal River Riders acquire do get reported to the state of Maine on an annual basis and I can certainly share that same information with the Town of New Gloucester. I regret to inform you that I cannot specify exactly which of the following areas the funds were allocated to but collectively you will be able to see the funds were very well spent. Royal River Riders Liability Insurance is a total of $1051. In an effort to keep trail systems safe, trail maintenance dollars spent include bridge supplies, signing supplies, misc tools coming to a total of $2,450. Repair and Maintenance to grooming equipment came to a total of $2,024. Royal River Riders likes to give back to the community. In doing so we give two $500 scholarships to students in Gray- New Gloucester High School and we supported the caring community program by sponsoring two families this year with a cost of $255
