B., take notice the Medical Visitor in Lunacy did on the day of make a report to the Lord Chancellor stating that you are a person of unsound mind, and such report will be submitted to the Lord Chancellor, and there upon orders dealing with your property may be made on the ground of your being of unsound mind and incapable of managing your affairs. If you intend to object to such orders being made, notice of such objection must be signed by you and attested by your Solicitor, and transmitted to the Registrar in Lunacy, at his Office, Four Courts, Dublin, within seven days from your receipt of the present notice.
