Step-by-Step

Change leveling to automatic.

Switch to the Resource Sheet view. Select the 1 Laborer resource, which appears in red, indicating that it is overallocated.

1. Select the Resource tab.

The Resource ribbon appears.

2. Select the Leveling Options button. The Resource Leveling dialog box opens. 3. Select the desired option under Leveling Calculations . The desired option is selected. 4. Change any other leveling options as desired. The desired leveling options are changed.

Click Automatic.

Click Level entire project under Leveling range for < file name>.

5. Select OK .

Click

The Resource Leveling dialog box closes, the automatic leveling feature is enabled, and the Level Now dialog box opens.
