Task

View the critical path and slack time, and assign overtime.

1. Open Rooms10 . 2. View the critical path. 3. Display all tasks.

4. Switch to the Detail Gantt view and view the slack bars. Scroll to view the slack bars for the 5 Renovate Board Room and 9 Paint Doors tasks. Notice the 2 days of free slack. 5. View the slack values for all tasks. ( Hint: Apply the Schedule table and drag the split bar.) 6. Add a Start No Earlier Than constraint to task 22 Install Computers. Set the date to 7/25/18 . Notice task 21 Install Computer Room Furniture now has a 14.5 days Total Slack. 7. Close the file without saving the changes.
