This group developed into a three horse race and it was Reserve Division Two newcomers Yaxley who ultimately took charge of the section. Early results suggested a wide open group, but as the season progressed the Cuckoos began to find some consistency. Group 4 Desborough qualified comfortably from this group, losing just one game against Oadby who qualified with them. Ar Tarn surrendered top slot in the committee room after being docked points for failure to fulfil their final match at Burton Park late in the season.
