There are many different ways to include USO in your charitable g1vmg: • Annual Gifts, directed through the University Fund, are designated for current projects and operations, including support for specific stu dent and academic programs, scholarships and general university initiatives. • Capital Gifts assist in construction and remodel ing of USD's buildings and can establish endow ments for institutes, chairs, professorships and scholarships. • Planned Gifts - through a will, trust, retire ment plan, real estate, securities, insurance, charitable remainder trust, charitable lead trust or gift annui ty - can benefit your family as well as USO. USD's goal is to provide an exceptional education to all students who qualify for admission, regard less of their financial circumstances. As a donor, your resources have a significant impact on cur rent and future generations of universi ty students. Every gift, no matter what size, is a valuable con tribution. Every donor plays a part in funding vital academic programs, scholarships to help stu dents to graduate, the purchase of new books for the libraries and the creation of student service learning programs. Gifts can be designated for a particular purpose, for a school, college program or department, for the USO libraries, or for the athletics team of your choice.
