Communicated SAMHSA policies across the full spectrum of mental health and substance abuse issues. From 2005-2009, Ms. Enomoto served as the Principal Senior Advisor to three SAMHSA Administrators, and as the Acting Deputy Administrator between 2008 and 2009. She began her tenure at SAMHSA in 1998 as a Presidential Management Fellow. She began her career in research and clinical services with a focus on minority mental health and trauma. Ms. Enomoto has received awards in recognition of her work, including the Arthur S. Flemming Award, the American College of Mental Health Administration King Davis Award, and the Secretary’s Award for Distinguished Service. Ms. Enomoto earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles and is a graduate of Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, Senior Managers in Government Program.

Oliver J. Booker obtained 25 years of experience in acute care hospital executive management before he came to Advantage as Chief Operating Officer in December 2011 and became the CEO in January 2014. A native of Warm Springs and Macon, GA, he holds a BS degree from Mercer University, MS in Biology from Auburn University, and an MBA and MHA from Georgia State University. O. J. is a Georgia CARES (Certified Addiction Recovery Empowerment Specialist) with almost 25 years in recovery, is married, has four children, and lives in Madison, GA.
