Semi-automatic bending Ravni Technologies manufactures the MPM20-S semi-automatic bending machine, for bends in round wire and flat wire in a diameter range from 1mm to 16mm with a radius from 1mm to 40mm. A digitised abutment positions the wire before each bend. Up to ten angles can be programmed automatically and, as the feeding and bending operations are automatic, the operator is safely out of the area.

Parameters as speed of bending, the angles of bending (up to 250 degrees) or the distances between bends (from 30mm to 4,000mm) are programmable on a touch screen.
