Input Protected Low Noise Amplifiers from Pasternack Pasternack’s input protected low noise amplifiers provide noise figure levels as Low as 0.8dB and can handle RF input power Levels up to 1 Watt CW without incurring any damage. These input protected low noise amps (LNA) are ideal for radar systems, EW applications, military/microwave radios, and wireless and satellite communications. Pasternack’s LNA models cover a broad range of frequency bands from 10MHz to 3.5GHz and these designs exhibit low noise figure levels from0.8 to 1.6dB typical and enhancement- mode GaAs pHEMT semiconductor technology provides exceptional technical performance. Performance specs for these low noise amps also include high-small signal gain ranging from 25 to 40dB and low VSWR levels from 1.3:1 to 1.5:1. These input protected RF amplifiers operate with a bias voltage of +12V typical over the temperature range of -40°C to +75°C. These LNAs utilize SMA female connectors in 50Ohm, compact assemblies and include an integrated PIN diode limiter and voltage regulation circuitry. All models have an EAR99 export classification and are in stock and ready for immediate shipment with no minimum order quantity.

Temperature Conditioned Low Loss RF Cable Assemblies from Pasternack Pasternack’s temperature conditioned, low loss cable assemblies were developed to address avionics, military electronics, IFF, SATCOM, ECM and high temperature applications. Features include captivated stainless steel RF connectors and thermally pre-conditioned, triple-shielded, PTFE low loss coaxial cable. These high-rel cable assemblies are manufactured using J-STD soldering processes and WHMA-A-620 workmanship criteria. EachfinishedRFCOTStemperature conditioned, high-reliability cable assembly is traceable to its component lots for every material used (RF connectors, coax cable, heat shrink, and solder). A detailed test report accompanies every lot produced. There is 100% test sampling of these low loss cable assemblies for connector gaging, insertion loss, VSWR, DWV, workmanship, configuration, and marking. Sampled (AQL) inspections are included for length and mass. Pasternack’s high-rel, temperature- tolerant cable assemblies are in stock and available to ship within 24 hours.

Waveguide Crossguide Couplers from Pasternack Pasternack’s cross guide couplers are available in three sub-categories: cross guide couplers (4 waveguide ports), cross guide couplers with terminations (3 waveguide ports) and cross guide couplers with terminations and waveguide to coax adapters (2 waveguide ports with either a SMA, Type-N or 2.92 mm coaxial connection). These couplers operate over eight waveguide bands in the 5.85 GHz to 33 GHz frequency range. They are made with bronze waveguide bodies and are offered with EIA (CPR)- style flanges or UG-style flanges per military standard. Pasternack’s cross guide couplers are available with coupling factors from 20 to 50dB. Typical applications for these cross guide couplers include instrumentation, test benches, product development and characterization. לקבלת פרטים נוספים חזי אומן מנהל מכירות פסטרנק בחברת טרייטק בע"מ Hezi@Tritech.co.il
