together with SuperClad 800 being completely solvent free makes this product ideal for on-site adhesive applications. APPLICATION SuperClad was originally developed for adhering uPVC cladding to porous substrates as used in internal wall cladding for hygienic environments. Due to its ease of use it has found many adhesive applications especially where a degree of gap filling is required as long as one of the substrates being bonded is porous. Coverage: A12kg bucket of adhesive is normally sufficient for 3 of 3M x 1.2M sheets, or 4 of 2.5M x1.2M sheets, dependant on substrates, using a 3mm square notched scraper. Approximately1Kg per m2.

Stay Fixt Canister, Gun and Hose Stay-Fixt is one of the first products from the new generation of synthetic rubber/resin adhesives. Its high solids/low solvent formula produces a quicker, stronger, more aggressive bonding system which out performs all conventional adhesives. Stay-Fixt is supplied in either a disposable 17kg Canister, which is linked through a 3.5 metre hose to a spray gun. This provides an easy to use, self-contained time saving spraying system. Stay-Fixt bonds many materials such as decorative laminates, foam, felt, fabrics, carpets and carpet tiles, cardboard, rubber, polythene, sheet vinyl and most plastics to themselves and a wide variety of substrates including wood, particle board, MDF, metal, concrete, brickwork, stone, slate, glass etc; making it ideal for use in contract flooring, exhibitions, carpet laying, furniture manufacture, re-upholstering, laminating, veneering, shop fitting, joinery etc. It has a high temperature resistance up to 110ºC, which makes it suitable for applications within coach building, vehicle, boat and caravan fitting and refurbishment, or for wherever a high temperature bond is required. Note: Stay-Fixt is not suitable for heavily plasticised PVC.
