Monthly Health Plan In-Lieu (Cash Back) Program – Safety Police

City of Gilroy allows full time employees to waive medical coverage and participate in the Cash Back In-Lieu program. To participate in this program, employees must provide written verification that they have medical coverage. Employees can only waive medical coverage and are required to enroll themselves and qualified dependents in one of the dental plans offered (Delta Dental or Delta Care).

Below is an example/estimate of the Cash Back In-Lieu. The cash back amount will vary depending on the dental plan selected and the number of dependents enrolled.
